I KNOW I've communicated with them multiple times from my office & got zero replies from support. I can't even ask a Q on the Avast website - because it won't accept any of the passwords I have listed here at home.
I just hope it doesn't do the same thing. Lucky(?) for me - I am exec dir of a non-profit & just bought Norton via TechSoup very cheap, so will dispose of Avast asap & install Norton.
I am going to use its uninstall feature (I just took it out of Taskmanager applications, but of course I can't pull it out of processes). I have registered & posted in the user forum - Avast has been nothing but a headache.
But Thanks for your advice & I understand this is not a Firefox problem.
